Three kinds of work.
Every person who finds their way to Cedrus is trying to understand something. Sometimes the question is sharp and clear, sometimes it has been sitting quietly for years, waiting for language.

The Examined Life Project
Before any evaluation or first session, there is a question worth sitting with on your own: how am I actually coping? This self-guided mapping tool is grounded in validated clinical instruments and in the coping framework from Dr. Ranasinghe’s forthcoming book. It explores how you cope across attention, mood, anxiety, trauma, substance use, and relationships.

Therapy
Impactful, relational work.
The work here means meeting yourself plainly: the good, the bad, and the ugly that show up in every human life. Honesty with yourself is the doorway. When you can embrace who you actually are, you start to show up differently, for yourself and for the people around you.

Assessments and Evaluations
A map of your mind, not just a report.
A Cedrus evaluation integrates your full clinical story with objective, validated measurement, showing where your strengths live, where your vulnerabilities are, and what that means for the questions that brought you in. Tracks include neurodiversity, sexual betrayal and relational trust, and executive optimization.

Couples Workshops
Concentrated time, when it calls for it.
Sometimes a relationship needs more than a weekly hour. The couples workshop program will offer structured, time-limited work on a specific part of the relationship, every workshop facilitated by a licensed psychologist. The program is in active development; reach out through the contact page to hear when workshops are scheduled.
